Northern Ontario Cannabis Education & Resources is a non profit org that guides patients through the Canadian legal system for accessing cannabis as a medicine. We also advocate for legal consumption for non medicinal adult consumers. We provide information, resources, patient consultations, & referrals for those out of our area.
